Amr Othman is currently working as a Field Application Scientist at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, as part of a team which provides technical support to customers and gathers customer feedback to guide new product development. In his previous role at BI/OND, Amr lead custom model developments and built an effective network in academia, biotech and industry. With over 5 years of experience in the field organ on chip technology, Amr's areas of interest include drug discovery, high throughput screening, organ on chip technologies and advanced 3D in vitro models. He is also interested in using data science, automation and artificial intelligence techniques to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of drug discovery.
