Akari Kato is a postdoctoral researcher in RIKEN. She graduated Hokkaido-University and her work focused on cancer therapy using nanoparticle or bacteria. Then she took a very different path. Now, her work is development of Laboratory Automation and Robotic Biology. One of her great colleagues is a humanoid robot.
