I am a proactive and goal-oriented researcher with more than ten years of research experience as Scientist and Principal Investigator in highly qualified academic environment and, currently, in the Italian biotech company Axxam, where I have consolidated my expertise across a broad range of discovery disciplines and innovative technologies, acquiring deep knowledge of drug discovery processes.
Currently, I am working as Principal Investigator of Proposals for internal and external projects. I am primarily involved, in the early phase of a project, in the discussion with clients to understand their scientific needs, providing technical and scientific response and proposing research plan that answer their requests.
