Haruka Ozaki is a bioinformatic researcher and an associate professor at the University of Tsukuba, Japan. He got PhD at the University of Tokyo on 2010. He worked at RIKEN, Japan as a special postdoctoral researcher. He develops and applies informatics methods for DNA sequence and single-cell transcriptome data analyses. He also works on the development of algorithms and software tools for biology laboratory automation.
