Lead Molecular Biologist

I currently work as a Lead Molecular Biologist at Ardigen- AI Drug Discovery company. My main responsibility at Ardigen is to support data scientists in analysis of High Content Imaging data. As biotechnologist by training, I have worked in the field of assay development and screening with particular focus on cell based phenotypic high content screening since 2001, when I stated my post-doctoral Marie-Curie fellowship at Aventis Pharma, France. Then, I have worked as high content scientist at SienaBiotech, Italy and Astra Zeneca, Sweden until 2012 when I moved back to academia and joined an academic screening platform- Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden at Karolinska Institute, Scilifelab as a project manager. Prior to joining Ardigen, I was involved in establishing Centre for Hight Throughput Screening Study at Polish Academy of Science, a partner site of EU-OPENSCREEN consortium, where I led a Laboratory for Molecular Assays.
