Adopting 3D organoid technology in drug discovery requires large, standardized, reproducible batches of organoids with the homogeneity needed for high-throughput screening applications. This has been made possible by Molecular Devices' patented bioprocess. In this tutorial, we will present the method used for bioprocessed organoids and compare them with organoids produced by manual expansion.
