Compound Management: Delivering ‘Solutions’

Abstract: Through decades of defining and refining processes around pharmaceutical research samples, and developing a culture of productivity with quality and innovation at its core, Compound Management (CM) groups have a leading role in developing new capabilities within early research in pharmaceutical companies.

By adopting new technologies, refining old approaches, and developing new workflows, CM teams work in tight partnerships with scientists to enable novel experiments in the most efficient way.

Here we share an overview of new workflows that have been introduced and are being evaluated by CM at AstraZeneca, and their downstream impact on pharmaceutical research projects.
